Shipping Process

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. We process and ship orders Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Same-day shipping is typically not available.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please note that express shipping fees and third-party charges are non-refundable.

Most packages are delivered to your mailbox or front door, though the courier may require a signature or determine whether it’s safe to leave the package unattended.

 

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is processed—usually within 72 hours.

A second email will follow once your order ships, containing your tracking number and update link.

If you experience issues with tracking or delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to our support team.
